Cultivation conditions: Medium 303 , 37°C or Medium 429 , Add enough liquid medium 220, 535 or 215 to the agar plate when inoculating. The surfaces of agar plates must be moist during the whole incubation period, 37°C or Medium 693 , (this medium is recommended for the routine cultivation of the strain), 37°C
Distribute content of one ampoule (solubilized in 1 ml of liquid medium) on one agar plate and prepare a decimal dilution series in three medium tubes. Cell lysis occurs quickly within seven days. Cultures of this strain are extremely sensitive to lysis and have to be transferred to fresh medium immediately upon receipt.
