Description:

The vector carrys a promoterless beta-glucuronidase (uidA) gene which allows the construction of promoter fusions. Binary vector with plant selectable marker near the T-DNA left border and a uidA reporter gene. The marker and uidA are divergently transcribed, and can be esaily removed or replaced. The order of major features of this plasmid is: EcoRI-pAnos-SstI-uidA SmaI-XbaI-SalI-HindIII-pnos-BglII-dhfr-BamHI-pAg7-T-DNA-BglII-RK2-ori-kanR.
