Description:

A general purpose integrating Saccharomyces cerevisiae Escherichia coli shuttle vector. This was condtructed by cloning the 1.1kb HindIII fragment containing URA3 from lambda590-Sc2904 into the AvaI site of pBR322. The 5'-3' orientation of URA3 is clockwise; SmaI and AvaI sites in the 3' of URA3 are close to the PvuII site of pBR322.
